Our agreement with you includes optional maintenance to regular pages over a 12 month period up to an average of one hour per regular page, including updating links and making minor changes.

This does not include any changes required within the first two weeks. Changes made within this time would usually include any mistakes made by PWD - you are not charged for these.

Changes to submitted text. Time required to make changes to the text which are requested after the web pages have been constructed will be deducted from the time reserved for updating the completed website.

Our rate quoted shall also govern work authorised beyond the maximums specified in your “Special Instructions” or the agreement for such services such as consultation, web page design, editing, modifying pages, databases, art, photos and graphics services.

Website Maintenance of Sites PWD did not build

PWD is prepared to undertake maintenance of websites that were not built by us.  However, we will not undertake such work if your are still working within an agreement with another web designer.

Fees will be charged at an hourly rate of an agreed amount tailored to your own needs and requirements
