Both sets one and two can give a seamless look to a perfect site.

< Frame Set Three

Very similar in appearance to sets one and two, but without the option for a header.

Many clients have chosen a single entry page to their site and the added this set for the remainder. It offers a static menu bar. Visit site below

< Frame Set Four

As with set three, some clients choose this option and use the header section for the menu having entered the site via a single page

< Frame Set Five

Similar to set four but with the menu section at the bottom of the page. Not the more popular choice, but will work fine

< Frame Set Six

PWD was asked for this option only once, but it was never used. Who knows, it may be of use to you.

Good if you require large sub-menus within pages
